The Elemental Yoga School offers 200hr, 300hr an 500hr unique professional Yoga Teacher trainings led by Jai C. Salt. He will teach you how to connect and work with the medicine of the energetics of Hatha yoga through a comprehensive understanding of the medicine of the 5 Elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Based in the 5 element theory that is the foundation of all yoga and tantric teaching, those programs will offer both a chance to qualify as a registered international yoga teacher as well as to take the opportunity to explore your own relationship to the yoga of the elements.
