Whats the vibe?

The Inner Yoga Teacher Training course provides a strong foundation of teaching the Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Part of the yin training is learning the concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine. You will join the small group size of 10 – max 20 students so you will get maximum benefit and individual attention from our faculty.
