World Yoga Center opened its doors in 1972, and its providing successful Teacher Trainings since 1976. The program includes a solid foundation of Tantra Yoga, and the asanas are imparted in the tradition of Anusara Yoga, rooting into ancient philosophies of the Shaivite heritage of Kashmir. The asanas are taught with very clear and brief cueing, emphasizing the importance of detail and alignment. Start your journey at the World Yoga Center and allow Yoga to be a life-lasting behavior.
