The program is a very comprehensive and well structured 200 hours program for anyone pursuing a deep connection, and grow as a teacher for others or just become the best teacher for oneself. Their unique way to address the different topics will cover all the main areas to understand the practice as a whole. Each day will be focused on a specific theme (hip openers, twists, inversions, shoulder stretches,...) and you will go in depth through different poses, cover the emotional aspects of it and also the benefits.
