Sampoorna has a 2 weeks residential course to experience the real life of a Yogi in their ashram, the most effective way to integrate the teachings from direct experience. During the program you will live in the presence of your teacher, (Gurukula system) which is the ancient method of inheriting the wisdom of the Guru, in the Sivananda tradition. You will have the privilege to study with Sri Yogi Hari, an enlightened Yogi. If after this transformative experience you still feeling like more, every three months they offer the 300 hours advanced training in a 3-week residential format and that will cover your 500 hours training.
