Breathe's 200 Hour training program has something to offer to everyone. They offer both a summer intensive and a winter program with different schedules to fit every Yogi's agenda. The focus of the program is on understanding the anatomy and alignment of the poses as well as exploring the roots of the different modalities of Yoga, by practicing them and dedicating more than enough time to the teaching practicum so you can find your voice and style.
