It is not important how strong or flexible we are to join a Yoga Teacher Training. Yoga is much more as just Asanas, they are just a tool to control our mind. The discipline and mind work is the difficult part. It is very important, that we understand that Yoga is a nonstop development and learning process, the training is just a door we open to deepen this knowledge. If you want to work hard and with discipline, we are the right school for you. Our course includes Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. The two styles are two sides of the same coin. The practice and use of both practices should result in a well-rounded experience for you and your teachings. Gayatri Yoga is a small and familiar school with limited space for 8 to 10 trainees per course. Small groups ensure a maximum support on your way as a yoga teacher. We are always there for our students and it is the quality, not the quantity of trainees which make our training special. At Gayatri, you will get all the tools and knowledge needed to be an amazing Yoga teacher. It's in your hands to integrate all the theory and make it part of you. Being mindful as you work hard is the key to absorb the teachings offered during the time of the course.
