Yoga Inbound follows the original Vinyasa Krama tradition from Sri T. Krishnamacharya directly from one of his students, Sri Ramaswamy. This method creates the perfect sequences for each individual and places emphasis on modifications and adjustments. The extensive course lasts 8 months, but they also offer a 3-week intensive program where they provide accommodation on the ashram located in the middle of the city of Barcelona, where you can stay at very yogic rates.
