Samyak Yoga is one of the best-rated Yoga Teacher Training Ashrams located on the outskirts of Mysore, South India. The Ashram is best suitable for Yoga Teacher Training Immersions as it is located on the bank of a river, covered with Sugar cane fields, Paddy fields and in the midst of nature. Samyak Yoga which is also known as "Mysore Yoga Teacher Training Institute" has been awarded "Best Eco-Yoga Center 2019" and "Top 10 Most Promising Yoga Ashrams - 2019" and continuously rates the best place for professional Yoga Teacher Training in India. With over 1200 students trained so far since 2011 from over 80 nationalities conducting more than 75 teacher training courses in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, Samyak Yoga Ashram has been the primary destination for Yogis and Yoginis across the world. However, the student intake is limited to 24 students per training. All the courses are residential, intensive immersions with Ayurveda-based delicious food and vast accommodations next to Cauvery river. Yogacharya Rakesh and Yogacharya Arvind are the main teachers having the background of Yogic and Vedantic studies in a Gurukula system of education called "Veda Vijnana Gurukulam" following "Guru-Shishya Parampara" for seven years. Besides, both the lead teachers have completed their masters in Yogic Sciences before venturing into "Samyak Yoga"
