Rishikul Yogshala offers Yoga Alliance certified programs ranging from 100 hour yoga teacher training, 200 hour yoga teacher training, 300 hour yoga teacher training to 500 hour yoga teacher training, designed for all levels. The curriculum covers Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, and Anatomy, ensuring students gain a comprehensive understanding of both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga.
