Shri Gaia Institute offers transformational yoga teacher trainings and retreats rooted in conscious evolution, embodied wisdom, and deep personal inquiry. While yoga remains at the heart of our work, we integrate philosophy, psychology, leadership, ritual, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, and wisdom traditions from across the world into a holistic approach to learning and self-development. What makes Shri Gaia different is our emphasis on depth of experience and authenticity of transmission. Our trainings are designed not only to certify teachers, but to cultivate grounded practitioners, leaders, and space holders who teach through presence, integrity, and lived understanding. We combine strong technical foundations in asana, anatomy, sequencing, Yin Yoga, Hatha Vinyasa, and advanced yogic practices with subtle energetic work, nervous system awareness, philosophy, and conscious leadership. Our programs include 200hr and 300hr Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yin Resonance® trainings integrating sound healing and Yin Yoga, workshops, retreats, and immersive journeys in Greece and internationally. Trainings are directed by Tanya Savitri Popovich alongside a team of experienced senior teachers and facilitators, bringing together decades of experience in yoga, leadership, healing, and transformational work. At Shri Gaia, transformation is approached as something embodied, relational, and deeply connected to nature, community, and conscious living, creating spaces where students are invited to reconnect with themselves, others, and the wider rhythms of life.
