The Upaya Yoga Centers are based in Goa and Rishikesh in India as well as in Bali. Courses offers teaching of traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga to Yin and Therapy Yoga. All trainings are developed for beginners to advanced yoga practitioners (100,200,300 hour ytt). Attending any of their trainings you will build up self-confidence in such a way, that it will help you to find your own unique expression as an evolution of an inspiring yoga teacher.
