The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course of the Yoga Dunia happening is focused on Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative & Yin Yoga. This course will prepare you to teach with confidence and poise thanks to extensive study of asana, alignment, anatomy, adjustments and assists, the philosophy and history of yoga, teaching methodology, intelligent sequencing, and the business of yoga. It caps only 24 students maximum.
