The Rise Yoga Study Immersion and Teacher Training at Samadi Bali established by the Yoga in Movement is led by Adele Kingham, the Embodied Flow Yoga teacher trainer. You can join the 100-hour immersion training to deepen your exploration of asana, philosophy, anatomy and sequencing practice or if you are exploring the possibility of teaching yoga step into the total 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. The training is grounded in dynamic hatha yoga techniques and tantric teachings. Advanced 300-hour ytt is also on their menu.
