Whats the vibe?
Urban Yoga Chicago's proposal it's a different educational method to integrate all the tools needed to be an Aquarian Teacher. This is a 4-week immersive course, with 2-3 months in between each academic week. You will be able to incorporate all you learned into your daily life, take guided classes and do your homework. But you will not be alone; they organize short courses about Tantra, energy exchange, yogic cooking, and you get to teach in the community classes too. More than an immersive course for a few weeks, it's like jumping straight away into the Yogic lifestyle and enjoying the whole process of doing so.
