Yoga Centered is working in partnership with Soma Yoga Institute to offer this 200 Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training to create professionals capable to target and teach sensitive populations such as pre and postnatal, kids, injured or elderly people. This is a journey into the therapeutic side of Yoga, understanding all the benefits and contraindications of the asanas and pranayama and meditation techniques. Graduates from this program will walk away with a strong foundation on Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and restorative Yoga within a therapeutic framework.
