At Kalaheo Yoga, they know that their mission is to provide a pristine and safe place where students are supported and comfortable to start the teaching journey and to fit into your schedule they have two different setups to complete your 200-hour training; three intensive weeks or an extensive 9-month program. As a student, you will be encouraged to find your unique teaching voice and style and grow at your own pace. This training on the Garden Isle of Kauai will be indeed a magical experience to remember. If you wish to deepen your knowledge of Yin Yoga they're also offering a 40 hour Yin Teacher training.
