Whats the vibe?
During this 40 hour Yin immersion, you will go beyond the practice to fully understand the laws of gravity and relaxation during the holding of asanas. The capacity to hold the postures longer helps you develop the knowledge of the alignment of each asana and each body, giving you greater wisdom at the time to teach. You will explore Yin as meditation and not a dynamic practice like other modalities. If you are a registered teacher at Yoga Alliance that will add 40 more hours of teaching experience.
