The Yoga Factory is a Baptiste Affiliate Studio offering a 200-hour teacher training to spend many hours in applying what you will learn about alignment, anatomy, modifications, sequencing and partner work in a practical way. All the Baptiste Methodology, philosophy and lectures will open a new door for you and arise a different perspective of life. By the end of the course, you will be capable to confidently teach yoga and become an inspiration to others.
