Inspira Yoga is holding their Teacher Training programs at a beautiful traditional organic farm in the Alpujarras Mountains. The energy of the place is very conducive for Yogic teachings and integration, allowing you to develop a meaningful practice full of benefits. The program is a combination of levels and styles, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Acro Yoga and Restorative.
