Whats the vibe?

The 200-hour Teacher training program from Gecko Yoga is held one weekend a month in a modular setup. The course will immerse you in the Yogic philosophy, anatomy, and history of Yoga while also giving a lot of time to practice teaching methodology.  Over the months you will be supported on your journey to becoming a registered yoga teacher, developing self-practice and delivering classes to your community.

About The Course

Our curriculum for the Spectrum of Care 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Hong Kong is innovative & designed to serve the needs of students who want high-quality training and ongoing mentoring.

The content is designed to ensure you are up to date on the latest yoga teaching methods and research, while considering yoga across every stage of life. We also provide a context for you to fine-tune your skills using practice while also serving the needs of the community.

Our Gecko Yoga Zone mentoring programme provides the opportunity for in-depth practical experience under the supervision of an experienced yoga teacher and creates a Kula (a family) of fellow teachers for you to connect with.
